WARRANTY

Precision Converters of Ohio warrants to the purchaser that all its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of time following the date of purchase. Any and all parts claimed defective must be returned to us for inspection. A detailed explanation of conditions surrounding the failure must accompany the return.

The period of time for WARRANTY on High-Performance Stall Speed Torque Converters is 90 days.
The period of time for WARRANTY on Heavy-Duty Torque Converters is 180 days.
Because of the nature of all the Torque Converters found on this site an External Transmission Cooler is required for each application.

If a Precision Converters of Ohio product should fail within the warranty period, due to defects in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at Precision Converters of Ohio’s option, without charge to the purchaser. Liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the Converter only and NO claims for labor or consequential damages will be accepted.

The warranty excludes units subjected to corrosion, contamination, improper installation, negligence, accident, or units altered in any way. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the expressed warranty period listed above. Thank you for choosing Precision Converters of Ohio.

STALL SPEED GUARANTEE

Because Precision Converters of Ohio’s goal is your complete satisfaction, we guarantee the High-Performance Stall Speed Converter we build for you will stall at the RPM you specified on your Performance Data Sheet or we will correct it free of charge, as long as we are contacted and informed of the discrepancy within 30 days.  At that time, we will send a return authorization, make the necessary modifications upon receipt of your Torque Converter, and return it to you at No Charge.
